The 26 m² /280 ft² bedroom benefits from a large 10 m²/107 ft² private bathroom with bath, shower and toilet (a total area of 36 m² /387 ft² ). It is equipped with a king-size bed (180cm x 200cm)

• 2 additional smaller extra beds (190cm x 90cm) can also be added on request for a supplement of 30 € for each adult and 15 € for each child over 7.
• Gourmet breakfast, available on request (15 €/ adult and 7 €/ child) is served either inside on the stone balcony, or in the black lounge or outside in the parc.
• Electric bikes can be added to the guest room for 25 €/half day/pers or 40 €/day/pers
• The tourist tax is 40 cents/night/visitor

The Magnolia bedroom enjoys an independent access from the owner, shared only with the other guests from the Jasmin and the Iris bedrooms.

Please note that the Magnolia bedroom can be rented together with the Jasmin bedroom, the Iris bedroom and this part of the house with the two lounges, which enjoy independent access, and therefore can be completely private.
